Art Style: #SKULLtches

(skulls+sketches) by Ray Wagner.

I was inspired to do these by the La Catrina satirical figure created by Mexican artist Jose Guadalupe Posada in the early 20th century. While mine carries no social commentary, I liked the challenge of trying to capture someone's look without actually drawing them, if that makes sense.

Either way, here are a few favorites from this time.
